We met in Puerto Vallarta during college spring break, sophomore year. On the last night of the trip, we spent hours talking on the beach while taking in the beautiful view. We knew we had a special connection at the end of the night – it truly felt like the beginning of our relationship. I took this photo at the end of our conversation because I knew this moment would be an important one looking back. I was right.
Since then, we’ve had hundreds more long conversations in front of beautiful views.
And as much as we love our adventures together, we find just as much beauty in the rhythm of everyday life.
Ann Arbor has always been special—but it became even more magical when we experienced it together.
Then it was 2.5 years of COVID Long Distance → Our first home together in Washington, DC → Home now in LA.
